 Abodebook had a dream.  They went to a developer before us and spent 8 months spinning tires never getting where they wanted to be. They contacted us and we took at look thier goals. Gemodules has always said "If you can dream it we can make it"  At the same time they booked a home show to be at.  They did not have much time now after 8 months with the other company. We at geomodules had to work fast.  They would had lost thier money for the deposits they put down if the site was not done in time. January 13/ 2012 was the day of the home show. We had very limit amount of time to create what they needed. Just under 2 months.  Custom addons, Custom design and more had to be made. Have a look at some of the photos below.

They wanted a custom feature ads which they call the REEL DEAL. Now this was tricky.

1) Show the feature ads (reel deal) on right for main category and subs

2) Also make it work with regions

3) Also make it have up and down arrows to animate it.

Being they have 4 categories the reel deal had to be really customized. Renovate Construct and all subs only show those feature ads in that category. Now when you get to furnish decorate only shows those ones for its sub categories. Plus make it work with regions.  Addon Wrote for this. See photo below

Now with all that being done they wanted the MYACCOUNT panel completely redesign.  Yet another addon to design. See photo

At this time Mario and Kelly where also learning about the back end of geodesic as I taught them in skype. So they could make changes on the fly without always needing us. This helped them to understand what geodesic can do at the same time saving them money. While all this was going on mario was building the booth for the home show they needed to attend.

Mario is very good with his hands as you can see. Well at the same time they wanted to get what is called a WRAP for thier car. So when they drive around Alberta, Calgary, Canada they get some free advertising. See Image...

As they are at the show Geomodules is also adding thier SSL certificate and configuring authorize.net to work with it. Think of SEO as a puzzle. You can not just do one thing then expect to be number 1 in search engines. In fact it takes time. Can take 6 months to be approved here because it is free and each submission is checked by hand. So just this one site will take you 6 months to get in. Then we have paid directories which I do have a LIST HERE of a few I submit to myself. I do not submit to all of them. I do 1 or 2 a month as cash permits. Some are a 1 time listing others are yearly. I myself use the 1 time listings alot.

Proper meta tags throughout your whole site is so very important. That is why the SEO STEALTH is a must for any geodesic solutions web site.
